Logroño is a vibrant city of 150,000 located in the wine-making region of La Rioja, in the north-central part of Spain. The Castillian language has its roots in the nearby monasteries of San Millán de la Cogolla. The "Camino de Santiago," a religious pilgrimage route, also runs through this province.
