Program Description:

William James College's MA in Organizational Leadership is an 11-month program full-time that examines leadership development and business strategy. The program can be completed fully online or in a blended format. Part-time options are also available. The Organizational Leadership Master's program focuses on leadership theory and application including: the underlying psychology of leadership and followership, team and group dynamics, and international leadership. The degree includes hands-on leadership assessment training where students will create and conduct a structural behavioral interview and use an empirically vetted leadership assessment to assess and then debrief the leader to better understand the leader's strengths, areas for growth, and development goals and next steps.  William James College is a college of psychology and is approved by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE) and by the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education SARA. Students can be admitted for Fall (late-August) and Spring (January).
