Program Overview
- Program Description:
Once a Viking settlement, and with most of its architecture dating to the 18th Century, Dublin is a city rich with history and culture. It is celebrated for its world-famous literary history, having produced many prominent literary figures. Now, Dublin is known as one of Europe's most youthful cities, with more than 40% of its population under the age of 30. The mix of rich traditions and youthful energy comes alive through music, theatre, and sports.
The Study Abroad in Dublin program offers courses that deepen your understanding of the complexities of Irish culture. Through courses, an internship, or a directed study, you will connect with the city and the culture in a very tangible way. Take classes at the Gaeity School of Acting, Dublin City University, or University College Dublin depending on your interest.
