Italian food has always epitomised Italian culture all over the world and it interacts with different contexts (linguistic, socio-cultural and customs) in a decisive manner. The lessons of Italian language and culture, the cooking workshops and the guided tours will allow you to explore and to get to know the historical traditions that have characterized Italian culture, as well as today's innovations and trends. The course offers an opportunity to get to know and appreciate Italian cuisine, delving into language, history and culture, all the while enhancing the way we view creativity and cuisine.
