- Program Description:
- Our summer, semester, and academic year options allow students with an interest in the French language and French culture and the desire to perform volunteer work the chance to live with a host family and experience French life first-hand.
Summer Language Program: open to all students 18 and over. Previous study of French is recommended but not required so students with no prior study of French may also apply. On-site support for the language and culture program is organized by the staff of the Institut Mediterraneen de Langues (IML)located in the center of Montpellier. This includes arranging pick-up upon arrival in Montpellier, host family housing, access to internet services, excursions, supervision of community service activities, and general advisement.
