Program Overview

Program Description:
THINK Global School is a co-educational, non-denominational, not-for-profit independent school. As the world’s first global and mobile school, THINK Global School students study in three international cities each academic year.

THINK Global is an official candidate school for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program, and we project to complete our authorization as an IB World School by Spring 2012.

Our students engage in a rigorous academic program. We combine classroom study with real life in our host city so that students and locals can learn from one another. These experiences, challenges and exchanges ARE the education. While TGS students have the unique opportunity to travel and experience the world around them, academic rigor does not fall by the wayside. Our students are deeply immersed in practical studies that will prepare them for life at university. Math, science and literature all play key roles in student learning.
Setting Description:
THINK Global School offers students the opportunity for a life-changing journey. Students explore the world, studying in three new international cities each academic year. Throughout their journeys, they will experience new cultures, try new delicacies, and listen and learn from both the people they meet along the way and their fellow students.
Cost:
This innovative new model for international education requires a larger investment of our school’s resources than a traditional boarding school experience would. As a result, it also requires a larger investment by parents, totaling $125,000 for the 2012-2013 school year. This includes tuition, room and board, and all fees. Scholarships are available to accepted students who demonstrate a need for financial support. We work with families to determine a fair and reasonable contribution.
