Industrial and organizational psychology is the study of human behavior in the workplace. It is considered one of the fastest growing vocational fields in the nation, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. The M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology Applied Research Program (ARP) Track will provide students with a foundation in addressing assessment, engagement, retention, and productivity of workers, which many organizations and companies rely on for success. By enrolling in The Chicago School’s M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology: ARP Track, students will develop the skills they need to succeed.
