Program Overview

Program Description:
You will examine global and cultural trends and learn how trends have developed throughout history. You will also consider social and ethical issues affecting the fashion industry to develop your creative thinking and critical awareness. Our expert tutors will lead you through a guided tour of British fashion timelines and color palettes. You will study historical and vintage inspiration, street style and catwalk analysis to create your own Fashion ‘fact file’ to develop your own design identity and fashion processes.

Your course will be supported by visits to important Fashion exhibitions and collections for analysis and inspiration as well as talks by leading industry experts to help you immerse yourself in British Fashion.
Setting Description:
You will work in our dedicated Fashion studios, equipped with a range of industry-standard specialist machinery as well as pressing equipment, dress stands and cutting tables.
