We are a unique global leadership institute offered through SCH Academy's Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership. We bring talented students from different countries together to explore design thinking and entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurSCHift program, aka eSCHift, was born out of a desire to give students creative confidence and practical leadership skills as change agents in a rapidly changing world.
Each program is built around three core components: entrepreneurship, design thinking, and global leadership. Students participate in four program tiers: workshops with mentors, collaborative projects, social activities, and travel. Students travel throughout Philadelphia and take day trips to New York City to see popular sites, meet with entrepreneurial leaders, and tour company headquarters. We also have a lot fun through a variety of social activities including a pool party, high ropes course and much more!
Programs are housed on the campus of Springside Chestnut Hill Academy in Philadelphia, PA, USA. International students stay with families from SCH Academy. The program is open to students from all over the United States as well. Housing with SCH Academy families is available.
