- SIGE Internship Experience10/11/17
I studied abroad with SIGE in Spring 2017, in Sevilla, Spain. The internship program was effortless as they took care of everything for me. All I had to do was accept or deny the options they gave me. Once I accepted an offer, they took care of all the
paperwork, and even brought me to the internship in the first day to make sure I would know how to get there. The internship itself was a great travel agency, and they treated me really well there. I really liked how SIGE has such an open door policy, and I would have felt very comfortable talking to one of them about any problems, advice, or just a suggestion on a good place to eat. I didn't feel like a number with this company, I felt like they really cared about me and my experience. And it really showed with the time and care they took in finding me an internship in a field I wanted, with a company they had verified was a good fit for interns. I would highly recommend the internship program. Not only do you gain some helpful experience for after college, but it was a great way to meet locals/European interns. It also helped me stay busy throughout the week, and really feel like I was a true local by having a job.
