Oxford Bright Scholars China Enterprise Summer Programme is a two-week, residential and academic customised programme aimed to provide an opportunity for students 18 – 25 years old to advance their knowledge of China’s economic and political landscape, gain practical experience of China’s business environment, and experience living and studying in Shanghai. This programme is designed for ambitious future business leaders, policy makers, and entrepreneurs to gain a rare insiders' perspective on China. This truly unique programme offers private Mandarin tuition, Masterclasses on the Chinese political economy, and start up workshops facilitators by industry experts. On top of this, an exciting itinerary for you to travel China and explore Shanghai with international friends.

The private Mandarin classes will focus primarily on speaking and reading: the objective is for students to feel confident with daily interactions in Mandarin and to be exposed to the most widely spoken language in the world. The aim of Masterclasses is that the next time you are at an important networking event, an interview, or an academic discussion, you can feel confident about using the knowledge from the China Enterprise Programme to form an informed opinion on the most talked about country in the world. Workshops are hosted by industry experts acting as facilitators, each session includes discussions on how to adapt an organisation’s culture, marketing campaigns and distribution channels.
