Program Description:
The Oxford Tradition is an academic program for students in grades 10-12 held in Pembroke and Oriel Colleges, Oxford University, England from July 3rd- July 30th. There are around thirty courses available, as diverse as Archeology, British History, Medical Science, Law and Society and Journalism.

The international faculty includes Rhodes and Marshall Scholars, as well as creative professionals – actors, artists, photographers, filmmakers, and writers – from London and elsewhere.

Together with program administrators, including Program Deans and Activities Directors, students enjoy a daily schedule that combines intellectual and curricular adventure, cultural enrichment, guest speakers, field trips, activities and sports – all in a safe, supervised environment. At the end of the program, students have the opportunity to stay in Paris, France, to complement their time in England.
Setting Description:
The Oxford Tradition is housed in two colleges: Pembroke College and Oriel College. Both are in the ancient heart of Oxford and within minutes of each other. The city has countless opportunities for intellectually curious and adventurous students, from the architecture of the Bodleian Library and the Sheldonian Theatre, to museums such as the Ashmolean Museum (Britain's oldest public museum).
Cost:
The program costs $8295 USD. This cost includes transportation to and from the airport, tuition, room and board, two meals a day, transportation to and from activities/field trips and the cost of tickets pertaining to the set activities. The cost does not include airfare, lunch and personal spending money.
