Program Description:

Learn kung fu in China in our beautiful school, surrounded by mountains, rivers and clean air. We have courses ranging from 1 week - 5 years in: Shaolin Kung Fu Wing Chun Tai Chi Jeet Kune Do Qigong Sanda (Chinese Kickboxing) +other styles All accommodation and food is included in the price and we provide Visa support for both short term and long term students. The school is fully equipped with training and living facilities including western toilets and hot showers. Training is full time, 5.5 days per week. Classes are taught in English.

1 - 3 months: You can get a taste of kung fu or if you're an advanced practitioner you can hone your skills with some amazing masters. 3 - 6 months: Your body will change completely and you will be able to use your skills very comfortably 6 months - 1 year: You will be unrecognizable from the person who first came to the school. Your strength, flexibility, speed and stamina will be well developed and your kung fu skills will be very high. We also have an organic farming project, Chinese language classes and a range of optional activities to enjoy in your free time.

Setting Description:

Tai'An City in Shandong Province is home to China's holiest mountain, Mount Tai (Tai Shan). The school itself has a 32,000 m2 campus with three large pools and has fruit and medicinal trees planted throughout. There are is also a vegetable farm on site which we use for most of the meals served. The school has all weather training facilities, classrooms, gym and chill out room, with darts, table tennis, billiards, DVDs and a book collection. Around the school, you can go hiking, head into town (we're 30 minutes from Tai'An and about 45 minutes from the capital city of Shandong Province, Jinan) and relax in hot baths, catch a movie or do some shopping. We have everything you need to live a comfortable life and train to your maximum.
