Program Overview

Program Description:

Mandarin World is a Chinese school located in Pudong. In our school we have new terms starting every six weeks. We try to offer you a mix of Western and Chinese teaching methodologies to do the best we can to teach you Chinese language.

We have leveled classes from begining through to advanced levels, all students have access to a teacher help during opening hours of the school, as well as an appointment once a week for extended review with their teacher. We also provide a number of out of class learning resources, such as a movie room, library, cultural activity room and computer room.

We value our learner, we put the learners success and happiness first, we also believe that many programs in China have not been sensitive enough to how Westerners like to learn, and thus we do our best to provide a more foreigner friendly teaching style.

Setting Description:

Our school has been newly renovated using a mixture of Chinese and Western elements, we provide a lot of modern facilities for our students, from computers to wireless intenet(with vpn). We are located very close to a number of subway stations, and only a few subway stops from downtown Shanghai.

Cost:

700 RMB a week, with each term lasting six weeks.
