We offer a unique program that is broken down into different modules that cover: Comparative law in the field of constitutional and institutional law, EU material law, Human rights, Arbitration, and Dispute settlement. The program is organized into three one-week-long classroom modules, which are combined with relevant field study trips. You also have the rare advantage of meeting with legal experts in two master classes during the term, where you can discuss contemporary topics in European law and justice. The final session of the program, a Moot Court, concludes your January term in Freiburg.
