Our volunteers teach English, build homes and work with street children in the colonial suburbs of San Jose and the surrounding mountains.We also offer surfing and sea turtle programs as well as language immersion courses and Spanish lessons.

Costa Rica literally means 'the rich coast', and it is an archetypal tropical paradise. Pristine rainforests run down to idyllic golden beaches, and the ‘poco a poco’ (little by little) pace of life is reassuringly relaxed and guaranteed to make travel in Costa Rica a relaxing and rewarding experience.
Setting Description:
