The new LLM in Law and Business is a unique program that opens doors to the best international law firms as well as to in-house legal functions in multinational firms and organizations.
Courses last from January to May or September to January. They are taught entirely in English. The program has been developed with the support of leading university professors from the world-class Sorbonne University, partners in major law firms and general counsel of multinational corporations. Curriculum includes 220 hours of class time. Main topics are:
-Advanced courses in Contract Law and Contract Negotiations
-Team project/clinical work
-Preparation for French Bar Exam
Students desirous of staying longer in Paris may register for an additional semester and make use of our placement office and support for finding an internship.
Class size is limited to 40.
