Program Description:

The RN to Bachelor of Science in Nursing/RN-BSN program is designed to provide professionals currently licensed as registered nurses the flexibility of online study to build upon the knowledge gained through previous training and education. The RN to BSN program courses are designed to assist students with developing the core knowledge and skills needed to provide patient-centered care and to work collaboratively with other professionals in the field.

Gwinnett Institute’s RN to BSN program will prepare licensed registered nurses to assume leadership positions in a variety of medical settings including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and various public and private health care agencies. Course curriculum includes the following topics:

Gwinnett Institute offers RN to BSN courses to help college students gain essential skills and obtain in depth knowledge of current medical topics that will afford them the opportunity for growth and development in advanced leadership skills. RNs with bachelor’s of science degrees have additional job opportunities and additional training in specialty areas. BSN classes prepare RNs for leadership and managerial positions in hospitals, clinics and other medical facilities.
