Program Description:

Italy is -justifiably- one of the most popular locations for study abroad! The landscape, the food, the colors, the architecture, and the people are so distinctively alive and unique that they make you feel special! Italy has numerous magnificent cities, but one of the most interesting and unique is Florence - our host location.

Setting Description:

The program will be hosted by the School of Italian Studies and Linguistics of the Florence University of the Arts, one of the most prestigious schools in Florence. Students will be able to choose from a wide variety of courses offered by the School. The program takes students beyond memorized words, and towards acquiring a real grasp of sounds and nuances. It offers a complete, contemporary, culturally and sociologically rich vision of the Italian language in the city that gave birth to linguistic pioneers such as Dante and Boccaccio. The program also includes excursions around Italy.
