Firenze Arti Visive School of Fine Arts is an innovative studio arts and Italian culture program founded to promote creative new ideas about studying and living in Florence. The school is committed to expanding student's outlooks by encouraging creativity and new ideas in an open, supportive, and interdisciplinary environment. Our program is continually evolving and experimenting to fit the needs of a global and multi-cultural society while recognizing the enduring importance of art and culture.

The school offers in-depth classes in studio arts, Italian humanities classes, art history, language and cultural studies in a beautiful 15th century palace in the historic center of Florence. Our courses are designed to take full advantage of all that this amazing city has to offer.

The program offers some of the best and most in-depth studio art classes found in Italy many of which are not taught in other programs found in Italy. Students have the opportunity to work with some very unique and rare art making materials.

Setting Description:

The school is located in the heart of the city’s historical center in one of the oldest and most prestigious historical palaces of Florence’s heritage. Situated on a quiet street the studios and classrooms are steps away from Piazza Santa Croce, The Uffizi Gallery, Loggia dei Lanzi and a short walk to the Arno River and the historic Ponte Vecchio. This historic neighborhood is one of the most beautiful settings in Florence that breathes the Renaissance atmosphere. Our advantageous location provides Firenze Arti Visive students a vibrant and inspirational surrounding for art and cultural studies.
