Program Description:

Students are particularly encouraged to apply for support to participate in a masters degree program in Germany or to pursue a course of study to complement their academic career.

American and Canadian university students are invited to submit their proposals for study in Germany to compete for the prestigious DAAD scholarship. This scholarship supports one year of academic study at one of Germany's renowned higher education institutions.

DAAD provides for enrollment at the university (if the student has not already obtained admission on their own), as well as tuition, health insurance and living expenses.
