The choice of subjects and curriculum design will depend on future academic expectations, with the guidance of professionals to choose the most appropiate subjects that will cover each students needs. The Diploma Programme is divided into six groups: Studies in Language and Literature, Language Acquisition, Individuals and Societies, Sciences, Mathematics and Arts. During the two year curriculum IB Diploma Programme students must choose one subject from each group. Students are also required to engage in Creativity, Action and Service (CAS), individual research through an extended essay and an inquiry into the Theory of Knowledge (TOK).

International Baccalaureate students are caring, inquiring and knowledgeable young people capable of creating a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. At Colegio Internacional Torrequebrada we offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (DP) in English, Spanish or the bilingual diploma. It is a two year rigorous and balanced educational programme, for students aged 16 to 19 who have completed their secondary education, which offers excellent preparation for university and life. It is, and has gained recognition and respect from the world's leading universities.
