Alain Ducasse Education offers international culinary programs for beginners and practicing cooks seeking excellence in culinary arts . Taught in English or French, these courses combine theory and hands-on training. The Culinary Arts Diploma is adapted to aspiring chefs who want to master professional basic skills and integrate into a professional kitchen.
