Program Description:

The Centre for Sustainability Shanghai provides the opportunity for carefully selected students to undertake an international internship. Taking an internship abroad is now crucial in promoting your own personal brand and CV shine against others.The Center for Sustainability will carefully tailor unique and specific internship programs which are designed to facilitate both companies and interns to find their suitable counterpart in terms of sustainability. China is leading the way in sustainable development and practice environmentally, socially and economically allowing for a diverse range of internship opportunities in specific fields. The Centre for Sustainability also offers various short-term intensive study programs and semester/year abroad positions covering an array of topics conducted by Professors at Tongji University and UNEP.

1. Get a first-hand look at the Sustainability Industry in China and choose from a range of specified areas within the sustainable development discipline. 2. Build a network of industry professionals. 3. Receive recommendation letters from the host company and the Shanghai Center for Sustainability. 4. Earn three US credit hours for transfer. 5. Choose the length and price of your package.

The aim of the internship is to provide its participants with valuable experience in a Chinese or international company based in China. The program is a career-enhancing opportunity, whether the participant would like to pursue a career in China or return to his or her home country. To ensure the highest standard of education, the center provides students with necessary activities and assignments to enhance their experience in China!
