CalSouthern’s innovative Master of Science in Law Enforcement Executive Leadership (MSLEEL) is a first-of-its kind degree that is designed to provide law enforcement professionals with the highly specialized knowledge and practical skills required to rise to leadership positions in a 21st-century law enforcement organization. A team comprised of police chiefs and other criminal justice leaders developed the curriculum, which reflects the latest trends and best practices in the field.
