B.Sc (Hons) Biotechnology Duration 3 Years Full-time Accreditation Accredited by Malaysian Qualifications Agency

FIRST-YEAR students master the fundamental of molecular biology, microbiology and genetics. SECOND-YEAR students gain in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in different aspects of biotechnology like Genomics, Proteomics, Bioinformatics and instrumentation. THIRD YEAR focuses on intensive project-based learning in molecular biology, pharmaceutical sciences, analytical instrumentation, tissue culture and cutting-edge technologies like nanotechnology, pharmacogenomics, metabolomics, molecular modeling , Forensic Sciences and molecular diagnosis. Knowledge on business concepts. Well placed Industrial training with aid from Malaysian Biotechnology corporation and cutting edge Research Projects are the key curriculum content that helps the student in the job placement
