The Doctorate Program is geared towards developing the applicant's leadership skills necessary to respond and transform the changing economic landscape and ability to develop the knowledge necessary to guide organizations successfully through complex domestic and global markets.
The Skills Developed
The Doctorate of Management in Executive Leadership is a demanding and in the end rewarding program. The successful candidates will have their leadership and academic skills challenged. At the end of the program of study the student will have been exposed to the fields of change management, ethics, problem solving, entrepreneurship, global, technological, systems thinking, team building, computational skills and research skills.
