Program Description:

The Richard Ivey School of Business PhD Program in Business Administration is an intensive research-based program designed to develop an individual's analytic, research and teaching ability and prepare PhD candidates for a career in university teaching and research. Our program provides conceptual and analytical tools that cultivate leading-edge research and contribution to both theoretical and applied knowledge. At Ivey we are committed to training PhD students in an atmosphere of educational and research excellence. Ivey offers eight areas of concentration in business: Finance, General Management, Information Systems, Management Science, Managerial Accounting & Control, Marketing, Operations Management, and Organizational Behaviour.
