Program Description:

The Department of Human Environmental Sciences offers a Master's program with two options: General HumanEnvironmental Sciences and Dietetics. The first option is generalist in nature and based on a selected range of comprehensive courses. The Dietetics option incorporates an Approved Preprofessional Practice Program (AP4) approved by the American Dietetic Association.
