Program Description:

The Mental Health and Neural Systems Research Unit undertakes neuropsychological, neurophysiological and neuropsychiatric research in collaboration with medical colleagues in the UK and several other countries. Current projects include studies of eye-movement and neuro-cognitive mechanisms in psychiatric patients (Trevor Crawford); face processing in neurological and psychiatric patients (Dennis Hay); perceptual and neurological dysfunction in migraine (Ed Chronicle and Trevor Crawford) and transcranial magnetic stimulation studies of migraine patients (Ed Chronicle).
