Program Description:

There are two entry points into the Master of Social Work. Students with a Bachelor of Social Work can apply for entry into the one-year, 30-credit Master of Social Work. Students with a baccalaureate degree other than a Bachelor of Social Work can apply for entry into the two-year, 60-credit Master of Social Work program. For the one-year M.S.W. applicants require a Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W.) degree or equivalent and at least 3 credits of coursework in statistics. For the two-year M.S.W. applicants require a baccalaureate degree in social sciences or humanities or closely related professional field. Applicants are required to have completed at least 3 credits of coursework in both statistics and research methodology
