Program Description:
The Experience Japan in Summer is a 6-week program offered by the Asian Studies Program at Kansai Gaidai University. It offers invaluable experiences to those students who are interested in learning Japanese language and selected topics in Japanese history and pop-cultures.

The combination of an introductory Japanese language course with lectures in history will lay a foundation for understanding about Japan and its people. Field trips and student organized activities will add an interesting hands-on experience to your learning. The summer program includes three courses that are available to students: Introductory Japanese Language (an introductory course for students without prior study in Japanese language), Japanese History, and Cultural Activities, which may include, but are not limited to: field trips to historical sites, business sectors, etc.
