- The evening program leading to the Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) has been conducted at Sung Kyun Kwan University since 1965 though the name of the school has changed : Graduate school of Evening Program (1965\66). Graduate School of Economic Development (1967\72), and Graduate School of Business and Public Administration (1973\83). Finally, the Graduate School of Public Administration (GSPA) was founded in 1984 exclusively to provide professional education for public affairs. GSPA in now recognized as one of the leading educational institutions in public policy and management in Korea.
