Program Description:

For the first time, Stanford University has made a graduate degree program available entirely online: a master's degree in electrical engineering with a focus in telecommunications. Certificate programs are also offered to qualified students who wish to gain expertise in a specific field. All required courses will be accessible to distance learning students via Stanford Online. In order to enrich the educational experience of the enrolled distance students, a variety of interactive seminars, practical short courses and discussions of current events will be offered online. Students selected to participate in this new program will have the highest quality distance learning experience available. Participation in this program requires membership in SCPD.
