Program Description:
The goal of this 45 hour mediation course is to provide students with an understanding of mediation theory and conflict management skills. The objective of the course is to aid students incorporate specific skills into their current career paths. It is an experiential learning, interactive course which will help the diverse group of students integrate the skills into their prospective professions in a pragmatic fashion. Skills in mediation and conflict resolution have proven to enhance an individual’s personal and professional life. Students will also earn 3-units of academic Credit.
