The Adult Health CNS provides advanced nursing care to adults, from promotion of wellness to management of acute and chronic health problems, across a variety of settings. Teaching, leadership/management, and investigation of complex clinical problems are additional role functions.
The Critical Care CNS (CCCS) program prepares nurses for advanced practice roles in adult critical care and acute care, functioning as expert practitioners, teachers, leaders/managers, and investigators of complex clinical problems.
The Pediatric CNS program prepares experienced nurses for advanced practice roles in the care of children and their families. The Pediatric CNS is able to provide leadership and patient/case management in a variety of settings.
