Compulsory courses: Health and Population in Developing and Transitional Societies; Health and Population in Contemporary Developed Societies with one of the following half units: Population Analysis: Methods and Models; Population and Development: An Analytic Approach; Reproductive Health Programmes: Design, Implementation and Evaluation; Demography of the Developing World; Methods of Population Planning; HIV/AIDS and Other Emerging Health Threats; Health Systems and Policies in Developing Countries. Options to the value of a further one and a half full units (usually as three half units) from a selection of courses. A 10,000 word dissertation on a relevant topic.
