Aims of the course The ability to be agile in diverse business environments, to be able to anticipate future disruptions in business practices and to change direction at speed, are now recognised as the basis for edging past competitors in a growing international competitiveness. The aim of the course is to develop these sets of abilities with a particular focus on a thorough understanding of the international financial markets in which businesses operate and an understanding of corporate policies in the areas of capital investment, financing, acquisitions and restructuring.
