Program Description:
Six-credit ABA-approved certificate program is a joint venture of the DRI at Hamline Law and Professor Thomas E. Carbonneau, (Penn State Dickenson School of Law), in cooperation with The School of International Arbitration, Queen Mary, University of London. Students learn the foundations of US and international arbitration law, and international trade and investment law and commercial arbitration, and are able to serve as an advocate in a mock arbitration before experienced arbitrators.
