Program Description:

The Msc in Management Consulting prepares students to address organizational issues faced by companies and train them to analyze, assist, suggest and apply creative and efficient solutions.

The program includes three main modules: - Introduction Class - Management and Consulting Foundations - Developing Consulting Expertise The class integrates case studies and a consulting assignment report in order to provide students with application of theory based on real life company issues.

Setting Description:

During the first year, students follow courses about management and consulting, and work on case study projects: - Study skills and techniques - Intercultural management and communication - Personal and professional development for consultants - Research tools and methodologies for consultants - Perspective on clients - Driving change and transformations in organizations - Creativity management … The second year is dedicated to the Consulting assignment report. It is an opportunity to become an expert in a specific business field. The MSc gives the opportunity to reach positions in traditional consulting, boutique consulting and internal consulting.
