- Fairfield University's Master of Business Administration prepares students with the diverse skills required for upper-level management and leadership positions. A generalist degree, the Dolan MBA provides a broad foundation of knowledge, with the opportunity to concentrate in one of five areas of business: accounting, finance, information systems/business analytics, management, or marketing. In addition, the curriculum includes foundational business course work in all the disciplines, as well as four breadth modules, each with courses on the most-relevant and topical advanced knowledge needed for effective managerial decision-making: Module 1- Decision Metrics; Module 2- Insights and Analysis; Module 3- Ethical Leadership; Module 4- Strategic Decision-Making.
