- The aim of the doctoral program is to provide advanced training in both economic theory and applied economics, as well as to introduce students to high-standard research in economics.
The PhD Program in Economics is promoted by five universities located in Milano and the surrounding area: the Universities of Milano, Milano-Bicocca, Bergamo, Brescia, and Castellanza (Varese).
The Faculty of the PhD program consists of a pool of professors and lecturers affiliated with the universities participating in the program. The teaching staff also includes visiting professors from foreign universities entertaining exchange relationships with the Graduate School.
