- The PGD in Hotel Management is designed to meet the needs of applicants considering to learn more about the theory and managerial position within the hospitality industry, or further study to a Master level. This comprehensive programme provides graduates with a broad theoretical understanding of hotel management. Subjects include: •food and beverage management •front office management •managerial accounting •human resource management •sales and marketing •business communications Program Duration: 5 months full-time plus an optional 4 to 6 month internship.
