- The MIM program has been designed to prepare students who have already completed a course of study in a non-business field specifically for positions in international management. The 45 - semester- credit program leading to the MIM degree may be completed during one academic year (consisting of two semesters and one summer session) at the Heidelberg Campus. The course work, spanning a variety of topics in business administration, economics and international relations, qualifies students for a broad range of careers in business administration, public relations, and development.
