Program Description:

The International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics is an autonomous teaching and research unit within Lund University. The Institute conducts applied and theoretical research into the formulation and execution of preventive environmental strategies in industry and society.The objective of the Master's programme is to prepare present and potential decision makers in business, governments, and other organisations to be able to act in an environmentally pro-active way when making decisions. This objective will be achieved by an overall focus on Cleaner Production, i.e. preventive environmental strategies. The target group for the Master's programme includes students who have received a Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, law or some other appropriate subject.
