- The PGD in Hotel Management is designed to meet the needs of applicants considering entry into non-operational positions within the hospitality industry, or further study. This comprehensive program provides graduates with a broad theoretical understanding of hotel management. Subjects include •food and beverage management •front office management •managerial accounting •human resource management •sales and marketing •business communications. Program Duration The Postgraduate Diploma program consists of two intensive 11-week terms followed by an optional 4-6 month internship.
