Program Description:

As a law intern in China you will work in international legal firms alongside lawyers who work with various clients that cover a myriad of legal areas. You may work on cases involved in mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, intellectual property, commercial litigation and more, depending on your area of interest. The clients you will work with will vary and can include multinational corporations, state owned enterprises, and start-up companies. Your tasks may include general case management, research, clerical support, and writing and preparing legal documents. A background in Mandarin is preferred.
