The WFU Law London program, which began in 1981, offers students the opportunity to study comparative law in a cosmopolitan, historic, and beautiful setting. The program includes field trips to the British Library (to visit an original copy of the 1215 Magna Carta), Central Criminal Court (also known as Old Bailey), the Royal Courts of Justice, and Westminster Abbey (the perfect location to discuss the relationship between ecclesiastical law and the common law). -- thus introducing students to British lawyers, jurists, and academics. Students may live in the Worrell House, a private home owned by WFU, where classes are held. There will be ample time to explore London and travel to other cities. Students who study abroad broaden their perspective and demonstrate an appreciation of the international dimensions of law, making them more attractive to potential employers.
