Program Description:

The Graduate Department of Spanish offers MA programs in three fields: Spanish Peninsular Literature, Latin American Literature, and Hispanic Linguistics. The MA program is intensive and can generally be completed in one academic year.

The Graduate Department of Spanish offers PhD programs in three fields: Spanish Peninsular Literature, Latin American Literature, and Hispanic Linguistics. After an initial year of graduate course work, the program centers on the development of the student's research program.
