- Program Description:
The College of the Pacific Master of Biological Sciences (MS) is a graduate-level program that consists of 32 units taught over the course of 4 fulltime semesters or on a part-time schedule. Students complete academic courses and research at the state of- the-art Biological Sciences Center on Pacific’s Stockton campus. Approximately 12-15 students enroll in the program each year. The Master of Biological Sciences degree program provides students with a broad background in the biological sciences. Students are prepared for entry into PhD and Health Professional programs, or employment in fields such as teaching, industry and medical research. Students are encouraged to follow their research interests and, when appropriate, complete courses offered by other units of the University such as the Chemistry department or the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
